What is the best treadmill?
As we are living in the speed era, we have less and less free time and although we would like to stay in shape, our schedule does not allow us to go to a gym and follow an exercising routine. Some of you would probably think that a diet could be a solution, but this isn’t necessarily true: it can be unhealthy, and once you’ve finished it – you’ll start to gain back weight; and then there’s another problem: how could you resist the temptation of eating what you like, when everything is so tasteful?
