On the other hand, for a treadmill this could be an advantage because it allows you to stay in shape by starting an exercising routine in your own home, any time you want, only depending of your free time.

         Compared to a trainer, a treadmill is perfect not only for those busy people, but also for those who spend almost all of their time traveling; thanks to its hold-up design, it can be taken wherever you want - and that wouldn’t be possible with a trainer.

         Also, other advantages of treadmills would be those regarding their features. The first and most important one, comparing with trainers, is the information they can give you, like: the distance you have traveled, the time, the speed, the number of fat calories you have burned and even your pulse, so you can know if you are in the right effort zone for your fitness goals.

         As a conclusion, “trainer vs treadmill” is not really a dilemma, so the answer of “gym or home fitness?” is very simple: considering all treadmills’ advantages, the best way to stay in shape is a home fitness treadmill.
